CILC Entertainment (Creative Industries Live Coaching) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering creatives in the entertainment industry through mentorship, resources, and hands-on opportunities. Founded by artists, for artists, we bridge the gap between raw talent and real-world success.

Our mission is to support emerging creatives—from musicians to visual artists, performers, and beyond—by providing the guidance, funding, and connections they need to thrive. Through our Big Brother & Big Sister mentorship program, we pair mentees with experienced industry professionals who offer personalized coaching, career-building strategies, and access to opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.
