Creative Director & Lead Choreographer – Jordan Spruill
Jordan brings artistic direction and movement to the heart of CILC. As the Creative Director and Lead Choreographer, he shapes the visual and performance aspects of our projects, ensuring every artist’s vision comes to life in a dynamic and impactful way. With a deep understanding of storytelling through movement, Jordan helps creatives refine their craft and build confidence on stage and beyond.

Job Description: Advisory Committee Member (Arts & Entertainment Background)
Position: Advisory Committee Member
Organization: CILC Entertainment (Creative Industries Live Coaching)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – Remote & On-Site)
Reports To: Founder & Advisory Committee Chair
Position Summary:
CILC Entertainment is seeking two experienced and visionary professionals with a strong background in the arts, entertainment, or creative industries to join our Advisory Committee. As key members of the committee, these individuals will provide strategic guidance, industry insights, and mentorship support to help shape the future of the Breaking Boundaries Initiative and other artist development programs.
Advisory Committee Members will work closely with the Founder & Committee Chair to ensure that CILC’s mentorship programs, community engagement efforts, and creative initiatives align with industry trends and best practices. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in music, performing arts, visual arts, film, theater, dance, or entertainment business leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Advisory & Industry Expertise
Provide expert insights and strategic recommendations to support the growth, mission, and sustainability of CILC Entertainment.
Offer guidance on artist development, creative program design, and industry best practices.
Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the entertainment industry that can enhance CILC’s programming.
Support the development of long-term strategic plans for expanding mentorship programs, artist residencies, and creative initiatives.
2. Mentorship & Professional Development
Serve as a mentor and industry guide for artists participating in CILC programs.
Provide insights on career-building, industry networking, and performance strategies.
Offer guidance on branding, marketing, financial sustainability, and professional growth for emerging artists.
Participate in mentorship workshops, panel discussions, or artist Q&A sessions when available.
3. Fundraising & Community Engagement
Assist in identifying funding opportunities, grant initiatives, sponsorships, and donor relationships to support CILC’s mission.
Advocate for CILC’s programs in the arts and entertainment communities.
Help establish partnerships with industry leaders, arts organizations, educational institutions, and creative networks.
Contribute ideas and connections to increase the visibility and impact of CILC programs.
4. Program Evaluation & Impact Assessment
Review and provide feedback on mentorship programs, artist showcases, and community initiatives.
Help track the effectiveness of CILC’s impact on artists and the creative community.
Assist in evaluating program success, artist progression, and long-term sustainability strategies.
Offer input on curriculum development, leadership training, and industry-readiness programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Extensive experience in the arts, entertainment, or creative industries (music, theater, film, dance, visual arts, media, etc.).
Proven leadership experience in creative organizations, artist development programs, or arts education initiatives.
Strong mentorship and coaching background, with the ability to provide career-building advice to emerging artists.
Deep understanding of arts funding, nonprofit leadership, or arts advocacy is a plus.
Strong ability to network and build relationships with industry professionals, sponsors, and creative institutions.
Passion for arts education, artist empowerment, and diversity in entertainment.
Availability to serve on the Advisory Committee for a minimum of one year, with quarterly meetings and periodic mentorship involvement.
